Ice Jewels
January 2019 produced perfect conditions for forming ice jewels under Concord's Old North Bridge. The river water, played upon by winter winds as the level gradually fell, produced this marvel of nature. Conditions were good again in January 2020 and 2024, but the jewels of 2019 are the best yet.
